The point of this video is to have satire humor about each vrs company which it is not for you provide corrections of what Jack is doing with this video. Hovrs is doing “Purple yet?” marketing campaign where they ask people to call VRS enough for them to raise their body icon to become purple so they can watch movies produced by Moseduex. Jack isn’t actually complaining but pratically making fun of them so no need for you to ask him to try to use text-relay. If Saturday Night Live or MAD TV show does a humor skit about making fun of George Bush, would you say that they are complaining about George Bush and ask them to vote for Democrat? No, they are just providing humor to people just exactly like Jack is doing.

maybe I saw it different, but my first thought was “are u kidding”? with all the tecnological advances for the hearing, that experience was almost “stone-age” in comparison. How do companies get away with such poor service? It is not tolerated for technology for the hearing.
How about is for Ojo snapvrs? Ojo looks great for travel, home or office when leave your message with a cute Ojo guy waving with white arms and legs .. Great!
