It's damned old news. It's happened in 1980s (I think). My friend who has been truck driver for many years in across Canada (from Vancouver BC to Ontario). His company asked him to drive down into the US. The border told him not to drive because of state laws prevent him. He faught the laws with the NAD. The NAD didn't do anything for him huh??
