Thank you for sharing us your very interesting vlog. But I am concern if any Deaf educators and ITP students do have some kinds of communication for Deaf Children who need to learn about Safe Sex Education because of this link:

http://www.ncmec.org/missingkids/servlet/ResourceServlet?LanguageCountry=en_US&PageId=1443

And also Deaf children needs to learn how not to harrass other kids and adults too. They need to learn how to respect other kids, too! That’s something that we are concerned.

Sex Education only for above age 18????

Great vlog and I think this will benefit anyone that want to know more about sex education. Often at resident school or at school they do offer sex education to young student with parent signature permission.

I often wonder who have 2 BALLS to take this program to educate the people. There it is you Jack Barr the man with 2 BALLS!!!

I would love to get your dvd, maybe sometime soon!

That Sex Education is good for all people including adult, over 18 years old or interpreter. I think that vlog is trying to say that The interpreter need to be knowledge of Sex language or Sign for any reason in future. I believe it is very important for people to understand the language of sex that can be misunderstand or wrong communication. You never know anyone can be misunderstand what the sign meaning.. I think it is very important to send the message to all interpreter or ITP or anyone who want to improve their knowledge of ASL.. I praise Jack that he is doing best for deaf community and interpreter ability to improve their skills and knowledge of ASL.. Good job Jack!!!!

Greeting from New Mexico. Hello Jack and Vaughn. It is nice to see familiar faces on this vblog. I got this from a friend. Your video on sex education is awesome and important. However I am just wondering if you have select or use a female model for sex education for your videos?? I have not checked into your productions yet. Anyway my point of female models are important for them to express & show their own ASL version because as you know female and male have different perceptive & use of signs. So please do honor and include female in your video. It is very sensative for women especially Native America women who really do not discuss sex overall, passage of age and rituals so forth. Their moon time etc. Just food for thoughts. Wado. Nancy ( formerly from Wisconsin) :)

Jack……this is a great thing that EVERYONE should see. It is great that you are addressing the sex education issue. It is not fair that the deaf have to be discriminated against about sex signs and learning about sex. Everyone is open so why can’t deaf people be open as well as hearing. Keep up the good work. Also….my dad needs acting classes. LOL! SMILE!

Jack –

Thank you for developing these materials! I have advertised for these videos on my blog too – very important for interpreters, deaf and educators to check out. http://kellymurphy00.wordpress.com/2009/05/27/possible-new-resource-sexually-explicit-signs-and-humor-tell-me-what-you-think/

What else are you developing? We want more more more!
