Jack, this is a fantastic videoclip! I am blown over with the quality of the video – and I was wondering how did you do that… especially with compression, plus uploading to Google Video. Please email if you could to tell me the specs/codec/settings that you did with this clip.
About the discrimination! I had quite an experience in 60″s when I lived in Indiana. One day, I drove into downtown Indianapolis with my hearing sister, a cop stopped me for speeding. When I told him that I was deaf, my sis interpreted for me.. He looked at me for a sec, and said “How did you get your License?” I said that I took a writing exam and passed it, and when we all drive, we use our EYES, He was not really nice, but gave me a warning, and let us go.. oh boy, that’s Indiana!!!! I moved to Colorado, and had no problems there, then now I live in Ft Worth, TX. I am 74, and a very good driver! darn those idiots who think we cannot do a darn thing! we all can do almost anything, but we cannot hear birds chirping. WE USE OUR EYES TO DO EVERYTHING, THAT’S MATTERED. Really enjoyed your blogs,, and love them.. keep in touch. Regards, Peg
